A yummy fettuccine dish with all that creamy parmesan goodness, sitting in a pool of that heavenly chicken and mushroom alfredo sauce.
How we make it
Mushrooms, garlic, onions and plain flour sauteed in butter and reduced in vegetable broth to give it a rich flavour then topped up with pan friend chicken and some milk and cream to give it a beautiful texture and gently toss the al dente fettuccine into this banger of a sauce and toppe with cracked pepper.
