Tempered Lentils with spices and ghee or in short Dahl Tadka. This dish is a staple in almost all of India and served at just about every meal. It’s nourishing, healthy, and protein-rich. We take this staple and give it our own signature.
How we make it
Sauteed onions and crushed tomatoes in tempered cinamon, cumin, mustard, garlic, curry leaves then cooked green lentils added and finished with a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh coriander.
