This Goan Prawn Curry is a creamy, spicy and tangy curry made with prawns and a variety of spices and coconut milk. It goes beautifully with rice.
How we make it
Sauteed onions, ginger-garlic paste with mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric and garam masala mix and prawns simmered in fresh tomato puree, cocunut milk then finished with vinegar, lemon juice and a bit of sugar to balance the tartness and sweetness.
