Who can say no to a meat Lasagna? We certainly won't. Our version of the meat lasagna made with lamb mince is hearty, comforting and downright delicious.
How we make it
Sauteed soffrito with star anise and bay leaf with braised lamb mince slow cooked in chicken stock, crushed tomato for then layering into our lasagna with each layer topped with our homemade bechamel sauce and topped with a handful of shaved mozarella and shove it into our oven and wait for the magic to happen.
