Our take on a classic vegetarian lasagna is cheesy (of course), and loaded with vegetables, spinach and bringing a bit of spice (not hot) with a lovely deep flavoured tomato sauce
How we make it
This lovely plate of Lasagna is made by sauteeing a bunch of veggies in butter, with onions, garlic, star anise and bay leaf and simmered in crushed tomato and tomato paste then layering into our lasagna with each layer topped with our homemade bechamel sauce and topped with a handful of shaved mozarella and in the oven it goes.
