Palak chicken is an Indian spinach curry made with grilled chicken swimming in a lush fresh spinach sauce. The spinach gives the sauce a naturally thick and creamy consistency, and palak paneer’s signature deep, jungle-green hue.
How we make it
Chicken on the bone marinated overnight simmered in a beautiful silky smooth spinach gravey made by sauteeing onion, tomato, ginger-garlic in butter with cumin, coriander spice mix and blanched spinach puree and finished dollop of cream for richness.
