A South Indian lentil stew made with vegetables, lentils and a special blend of spices.
How we make it
Sauteed drumsticks, tomato, potato, okra, carrot, cauliflower in cumin, mustard seeds and turmeric powder and mixed with our homemade sambar spice mix with cooked lentils and water then simmered and garnished with cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves tempered in Ghee (clarified butter).
Accompanied by fryums.
