with basmati rice and Pappadams

A South Indian spiced soup that is sweet, spicy and tangy. Absolutely brilliant with rice and pappadams.
How we make it
We saute tomatoes, onions with our homemade rasam spice mix then add cooked lentils for protein and tamarind juice for tanginess and simmer the soup and add tempered curry leaves, cumin, mustard, garlic finish it off with seasoning and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
