How we make it
Mushrooms, capsicum and diced chicken breast simmered in a broth made of crushed birds eye chillis, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, Nam Prik Pao (Thai chilli jam) and evaporated milk finished with Lemon juice, tamarind paste and a bit of sugar and topped with egg and rice noodles.
