How we make it
Mushrooms, tomato, eggplant, zucchini simmered in our home made broth made of crushed birds eye chillis, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir lime leaves, Vegan Nam Prik Pao (Thai chilli jam) and evaporated milk finished with Lemon juice, tamarind paste and a bit of sugar and topped with egg and rice noodles.
